More enquiries. More conversations. More customers.

Serving businesses in the United Kingdom and the United States

The problem

You're generating enquiries. How many become customers?

Advertising can be working and a business can still lose good opportunities between the enquiry and the sale. These are the gaps we see most often in appointment-led businesses.

  1. 01

    The enquiry

Leads arrive from forms that ask too little, so advisers can't tell a serious buyer from someone browsing.

  2. 02

    First contact

Hours pass before anyone calls. By then the enquirer has moved on, or spoken to someone else.

  3. 03

    Qualification

Marketing and sales disagree about what a good lead is, so spend chases volume instead of buyers.

  4. 04

    The conversation

Calls and appointments are booked but not confirmed, and too many don't happen.

  5. 05

    Follow-up

People who were interested but not ready are never contacted again.

  6. 06

    The sale

Nobody can say which campaign produced which customer, so budgets are set on guesswork.

Marketing doesn't stop when someone becomes a lead. That's where most of the value is won or lost.

The Next Chapter Growth System

One connected system. From first impression to sale.

Six parts, run as one service, so every enquiry has a clear path to a conversation and a decision.

  2. 02

    Advertising and creative

Video-led Meta campaigns and creative written for considered, high-trust decisions.

  3. 03

    Lead capture and conversion

Landing pages and forms that explain the next step clearly and collect what your advisers need.

  4. 04

    Rapid enquiry response

Prompt, consented first contact, including AI-assisted calls, so interest doesn't go cold.

  5. 05

Qualified enquiries booked into adviser calls, home visits or consultations, with reminders.

  6. 06

    Follow-up and optimisation

CRM workflows, nurture and reporting that tie spend to appointments, sales and acquisition cost.

    Sale

Your sales process

Built around the way your customers actually buy.

Some businesses close every sale on the telephone. Others rely on a home visit, an adviser consultation, a clinic or a showroom. Many use a mix.

We don't force one model on you. The system books whichever next step your process needs and tracks it through to the outcome.

Telephone advisers

Prompt first contact, then a scheduled adviser call.

Home appointments

Qualified visits booked by territory, with reminders.

Clinics and showrooms

Consultations booked into the right location's diary.

Hybrid journeys

A phone consultation first, then a face-to-face meeting.

Why we specialise

Different buying decisions deserve more thoughtful marketing.

People over 50 aren't one audience. A 55-year-old planning ahead, a 70-year-old adapting their home and a daughter arranging help for her father all buy differently. What they often share is a considered decision, and the need to trust who they're dealing with.

  • High-trust decisions, often involving money, health, home or family
  • Life changes: retirement, independence, planning ahead
  • Family members who research, advise or decide
  • A need for clear information and no pressure
  • A buying journey that's easy to take at their own pace

Proof

Funeral-planning experience, from the advert to the adviser.

Our founder has worked hands-on with Compare Funerals, a funeral planning business serving English-speaking expatriates in Spain: Meta lead generation, lead-quality screening, AI-assisted first contact, appointment booking, CRM automation and sales tracking.

What the work covered

  • Meta lead campaigns and lead-form testing
  • Measuring lead quality, not just lead cost
  • Qualification criteria agreed with advisers
  • AI-assisted initial contact and appointment booking
  • CRM automation and adviser follow-up
  • Tracking enquiries through to sales

Results figures will be published once they have been verified against the client's records and approved by the client.

Sean Munn, founder of Next Chapter Media

Meet the founder

Generating leads is only half the job.

Sean Munn has spent more than a decade on both sides of the enquiry: generating demand through websites, video and paid advertising, and turning it into revenue through telephone sales, qualified appointments and follow-up.

He built an appointment-setting business that gave mortgage brokers pre-qualified appointments instead of raw leads, and later founded AI Video Systems: $60M+ in tracked revenue across 96+ clients. Next Chapter Media applies that experience to one specialist market.

Why Next Chapter Media

A growth partner that takes responsibility past the lead.

  • We specialise in the over-50s

Our work is built around how people over 50 and their families make considered decisions.

  • We understand human-led sales

Telephone advisers, home visits, clinics: the system is designed around the conversation that closes the sale.

  • One connected system

Creative, advertising, response, booking, CRM and follow-up are run together, so nothing falls between suppliers.

  • AI used with care

AI speeds up response and creative testing. It never replaces professional judgement or a person when one is needed.

  • Reporting that ends in sales

We report on qualified enquiries, appointments, customers and acquisition cost, not just clicks and cost per lead.

  • A conditional guarantee

Qualifying clients get clear performance goals and a guarantee with written, agreed terms.

Questions

Frequently asked questions

Straight answers about who we work with, how the system works and what we measure.

What does Next Chapter Media do?

Next Chapter Media is a specialist growth agency for businesses that sell to the over-50s. We run one done-for-you system that generates qualified enquiries and helps turn them into telephone consultations, face-to-face appointments and customers, using video creative, paid advertising, AI-assisted lead response, appointment booking, CRM and follow-up.

Who is Next Chapter Media for?

Established UK and US businesses that sell a high-consideration product or service to people over 50 and their families, and that close sales through a human conversation: a telephone adviser, a booked consultation, a home visit or a clinic appointment. Most have a sales team in place and already invest in advertising, or are ready to.

Do you only work with funeral plan providers?

Funeral plan providers are our launch focus, because that is where our direct experience is. We also speak with businesses in related appointment-led sectors such as stairlifts, home adaptations and accessible bathrooms, and we're open about the fact that we don't yet have published case studies in those sectors.

Do you work in the UK and the US?

Yes. We work with businesses in both countries. Advertising rules, contact and consent rules, and sector regulation differ between them (and between US states), so campaigns, scripts and follow-up are set up for the market a client actually operates in.

Do you help with telephone sales?

Yes. Many of the businesses we work with close over the phone. The system is built to get the enquiry to a prompt first call, qualify it against criteria agreed with your team, and book a scheduled adviser call when one is needed.

Can you book face-to-face appointments?

Yes. Where your sale happens in the home, in a clinic, branch or showroom, we can book appointments into your calendars, send reminders and track whether the appointment took place and what happened next.

Can you work with our existing CRM?

Usually, yes. We integrate with the systems you already use wherever that is feasible, rather than asking you to move to a new CRM. We confirm what is possible with your specific CRM during the consultation.

How does your AI-assisted lead response work?

Where it is lawful and the enquirer has consented, an AI voice assistant can call new enquiries promptly, confirm their interest, ask agreed qualification questions and book a call or appointment with your team. It says that it is an AI assistant, offers a route to a person, and hands over anything sensitive, regulated or complex to a human.

Do you offer a guarantee?

Yes, for qualifying clients we offer a conditional performance guarantee tied to clear, agreed goals. The exact terms depend on your market, budget and sales capacity, so we set them out in writing during the consultation process rather than publishing a one-size-fits-all promise.

How much advertising budget should we have?

As a guide, the system tends to suit businesses investing around £5,000 or $6,000 a month or more in advertising, or ready to. That is a starting point, not a rule: what matters is whether your customer value and sales capacity support managed paid acquisition, and we work that out with you.

How do you measure results?

From the enquiry to the customer. We track enquiries, qualified leads, response speed, contact rate, calls and appointments booked and attended, sales, sales cycle length and customer acquisition cost, using your own sales data wherever it is available. We don't claim every sale can be attributed perfectly to advertising.
